Over the past two years, I have contributed to enhancing the Trackunit Web App, focusing on real-time tracking, diagnostics, and reporting features. These improvements have significantly optimised fleet management and increased operational efficiency for construction equipment, delivering substantial value to the company.
During my time at Trackunit, I worked across two different teams, focusing on various internal components of the app to ensure seamless functionality. I developed new features and collaborated daily with a team of six members, including product managers, developers, team leaders, and designers. Additionally, I engaged in cross-team collaboration with over 70 engineers spread across Canada, Denmark, and Poland.
This teamwork fostered innovation and efficiency, improving the app's performance and advancing the company’s mission of transforming construction operations on a global scale.
